Description and Key
Responsibility:
1. Ethically Head the Branch Office & coordinate with all Branch office.

2. Ensuring constant Recruitment, Training & Development of SMs, ICs in the
branch.
3. Help, assist & guide the Sales Managers to recruit and train to procure necessary business.
4. To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management.
5. To ensure motivated engagement of SMs/ICs with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the co.
6. Regular monitoring of branch performance and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures.
7. Facilitate administrative & operational supports to SMs & ICs of Agency Channel for smooth functioning.
8. MIS preparation, reporting to Divisional Manager and adherence to Audit Compliance as per BALIC Standards.
9. Respect & adhere to the guidelines of the company on all fronts to have appropriate compliances.
10. To build and lead a team of SMs & Insurance Consultants to ensure smooth functioning of branch and achievement of assigned targets as per the framework of Sales & Marketing
